Target's On Point

Target has some nice sales going on and I couldn't help but notice a couple of attractive "wants." For starters the Sunday advert I saw features the iPhone 5s. I've always liked the way iPhones look aesthetically. Recently the features of the Galaxy phones seem more useful for me. I like to drag and drop music and add external memory. The iPhone 5s is regularly priced at $199.99 and now it will be $119.99 plus you can get a $20 gift card.

Movies were also in the advert. I don't usually buy movies on DVD throughout the year, I typically get them in December. But 12 Years a Slave was such a popular movie that I actually "want" it on DVD. Nope, I didn't see it in theaters because...nobody wants to see a slave movie in theaters and then go the rest of the day with that in mind. Well, at least that is my logic. I do however see more upbeat movies like The Butler. The DVD is one of the $10 deals available. 

I am not sure if this is something in all Target stores or just depends on the location, but I really liked this mirrored jewelry box. It reminds me of a miniature dresser. Miniature things are kind of an affinity for me because of those "Littles" books. It was a whole thing, and I think they had a show at one point. This jewelry box is usually $24.99 but it is on sale for $20.00.

Coldplay was on SNL last night and I am excited for their newest album to come out. During a commercial break I found out that Coldplay's album Ghost Stories will have 3 extra songs at Target! This "want" will definitely become a purchase in the near future. Coldplay is my favorite all male band. That is very specific but I do have a favorite all female band. Coldplay's album is out May 19th and will cost $12.99. Side note how awesome was Chris Martin and company on SNL?
